Sephora Haul

sephora-haul

Several weeks ago I went into Sephora to have nothing more than a look around, but came out with a bag full of goodies (anyone else have that problem?). I'd planned to post the haul a few weeks back, but other posts grabbed my attention first. I was thinking of what I should do for my usual Monday post, when I remembered that I hadn't posted my haul. So without any more delay, here are a few lustworthy products I bought over the summer at Sephora. Be prepared for full reviews soon!

    1. I totally agree! Better late than never! I'm excited for the wedding! Not only do I get to see my SIL marry a really stand up guy, but I get to dress up! Still trying to figure out what my hair and makeup are going to be! xx

    1. Thanks, lovelies! The beaded nail polish is really fabulous, but it does chip really easily! I'll have a full review of it up soon and explain why it's not a big deal if it chips! You should definitely grab a bottle from Sephora! xx

  3. I am on a spending ban for the next two months, but that nail polish looks fun.

    1. It's loads of fun! Think Ciate's caviar nail treatment with less mess! Chips all to hell, but it's still a really fab polish! xx

    1. Oh, man! That lip set is amazing! I'm itching to get it now! Sephora always does fantastic sets! I got their eye liner set awhile back and it had so many great products! Can't wait to see if they put any new ones out around the holidays! xx

no seriously tho, with my skin clearing up lately (YAY!), I think I could be sucked into the world of tinted moisturizers and BB creams! xx

    1. You should! They have several different kinds, so you're bound to find one that fits your needs! And, of course, so many brands are doing them now! I've just found that the Dr. Jart one has been the best so far! I think you'd love it! xx

    1. It did set me back a bit, but not too horribly bad! The Dr. Jart BB cream was the most expensive! But so far, it's proved to be worth the price! I've got photos taken, so hopefully I'll have the review up really soon! xx

  7. I'm from the UK and Sephora is one of the first places I'd hit if I went to America! Even if everything you'd hauled is available in the UK. Loccitane hand creams are great.

    1. You will LOVE going into a Sephora! It's like makeup heaven! And some malls have huge stores, so it's just wall to wall fabulousness! I'm pretty sure everything I hauled in this post is also available in the UK, but nothing beats going into a Sephora and getting to try on all the goodies! xx

    1. Thanks, hun! I'm still experimenting with the UD brow set! I thought the darker shade would work well with my brows, but I've found that it's a bit too dark. So now I'm working on using the lighter shade mixed with the dark for the right balance! There should be a review of it up soon, so stay tuned! xx

    1. You've got to get your hands on a Chubby Stick! If you want a vibrant color, I wouldn't go with the one I picked out, but they've got so many lovely shades that you're sure to find the right one for you! I just love how moisturizing it is! Very balm like! xx

  11. Nice haul! I too just picked up "a few must-haves" but from Ulta (which is dangerously too close to being on the way home from teaching!). Snagged a lip crayon and fell in love -- and this from a gal who is decidedly anti-lip color! Much fun. :)

    1. Ulta! I haven't been in there in years! Should probably put that on a to-do list! Which lip crayon did you get? I've heard they have some great stuff there! xx

  12. Ooh let me know how you get on with the eyebrow kit! My beloved Benefit Brow Zings is coming to an end and I am DEVASTATED :( Waah, on the lookout to try something new, although knowing me I'll still end up repurchasing as it's truly amazing! I love a good haul post, I recently published an Autumn makeup haul and I'm posting a Lush haul this weekend... I wish we could shop for a living, non-stop! xx

    1. I will definitely let you know! I'd like to give the Brow Zings kit a try in the future! I'm still getting used to powder kits, to be honest. I've been a strictly brow pencil sort of girl! Still not convinced that powders are better, but that doesn't meant the products aren't still amazing! I wish we could shop for a living, too! We could just make some money, shop together, and then fill our blogs with beauty awesomeness! Sounds like the life! xx

  13. If we had Sephora in the UK, I'd be hauling in there all the time. One of my favourite things about visiting the USA is Sephora! You guys are so so lucky, we have nothing like that here!

    1. It is crazy to me that the UK doesn't have a similar store! It's so fab to walk into one place and have all the high end brands you can imagine! Hopefully someone will see there is an open niche in the market and can get something like Sephora started up for all you UK lovelies! xx

    1. Thanks, lovely! You know, this was the only one in the bin that had this pink packaging on it! It looks like it slips off, but it was so cute and bright that I chose that one over all the others! Wonder why some have it and others don't! It's a beauty mystery! Haha! xx
