Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Daily Face Peels, $88.00
Hello, beauties! Happy hump day! It's time to relax a little and enjoy the first luxurious days of autumn. The days get cool, the nights get cooler, the leaves start to turn, the Halloween decorations come out, and the spooky movies start showing up all over television. It's time to pull out the hats, scarves and sweaters, and wear lovely plums, browns, and reds on our faces and fingers.

Also with the start of autumn comes changes to our skin. The cold and harsh winds can leave our faces looking dried out and lackluster. Not to mention the sudden redness! Unless I'm looking jolly-cheeked like Santa, I can do without redness, thank you very much. That's where today's product comes in!

The Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Daily Face Peel is an amazing two-step system that helps get your skin in tip-top, glowing shape. The peels consist of two mini towelettes packed with ingredients like citric acid, witch hazel, salicylic acid and camellia leaf extract, which helps to not only smooth the skin, but treat it, soothe it, and brighten it. And if you've got mature skin, it has anti-aging properties, as well. And if that isn't enough, it's vegan, plus cruelty and paraben free!

I first used these around the time I got married. My makeup artist asked me to try one of these peels at my makeup trial, and it worked so fabulously that I rushed out and bought a box. Normally I wouldn't try something quite this high priced, but I was blown away at how amazing my skin looked and felt! I just knew I needed to have these babies at home where I could use them regularly. My skin has positively thanked me for it!

While the peels say they can be used daily, I've found that daily peels are just a bit too harsh for my sensitive skin. When I bought them at Sephora, the saleswoman said that she used them about three times a week. Me, on the other hand, use them solely when my face needs that little bit extra to shape back up. Because of this, one box has lasted me about a year, which I feel has justified the high price. If I was going to use it daily, it would be a lot for a monthly allotment. Definitely not my style.

There are also smaller and larger boxes to choose from. Mine is a pack of 30, but you can get packs of 5 and 60 at different price points, as well. There's a perfect sized box for any lifestyle and beauty routine. I wholeheartedly recommend giving these peels a go. Especially here during the harsher months. It helps to erase any damage from the elements, and boosts the look and feel of your skin so much. If you can fit it into your budget, give it a try!

Have you ever used a facial peel treatment? What about other products from Dr. Dennis Gross? Does this sound like a product you'd want to try?
