Benefit Cosmetics The POREfessional - Review

Benefit Cosmetics The POREfessional, $30.00
While proper application is a huge factor towards having that flaw-free makeup of our dreams, it's not the only thing we can do to ensure the best results. An equally important necessity is to create a perfect blank canvas with our skin by eliminating flaky patches, neutralizing redness and dark circles, and filling in our pores. If your pores are an area of stress for you and you feel like nothing works to properly conceal them, then you'll want to stick around for today's amazing pore-filling miracle.

Benefit Cosmetics' The POREfessional is a gorgeously scented balm designed to minimize pores and erase fine lines before your very eyes. It's translucent, which means it's good for all skin tones, and it's lightweight, so no worries about it clogging your pores and causing nasty breakouts. Apply The POREfessional in much the same way you would Benefit's That Gal primer (or any primer you have on hand). Warm it up with your fingertips, then pat onto the areas you want to smooth. Simple!

I'll be honest, I was skeptical of this product at first. Erasing pores is a large claim to make. However, as soon as I put this on, my skin had this beautiful, soft focus look. It was like magic! I don't have large pores and very few fine lines, but I still felt like The POREfessional did amazing things for my complexion. It can get a little flaky if applied too heavily, but that excess can easily be dusted away with a soft brush. And, as usual, the scent is absolutely divine. Benefit Cosmetics truly has some of the best products on the market.

Once I'm through with this little tube, I'll definitely be rushing out to pick up a full sized one. My makeup collection just wouldn't be complete without this little wonder product in it. I'm just so thoroughly impressed. It feels amazing, looks amazing, smells amazing, and is just generally, yep, amazing! If there is one product from Benefit that everyone should try, The POREfessional would be it.

Have you tried The POREfessional? Do you think it's worth the hype?
