Origins Super Spot Remover, $15.00
Hello, beauties! It's always lovely to reminisce about our teen years. First kisses, school dances, nights out with friends, all dearly held memories. However, there are some parts of our youth that are better left squarely in the past. The dreaded acne, for example! Once we hit our twenties, we expect to be rid of those nasty spots for good. Unfortunately for some of us, that bit of the past has a way of haunting us well into our adult years. Recently, I've been having stubborn breakouts, and after pulling out all of my typical tricks (and some of my hair to boot), I realized it was time to get out a heavy hitter. Today we're taking a look at a little wonder product that has me banishing those pimples back to high school!

The Origins Super Spot Remover is a larger than life acne treatment in the tiniest of blue bottles. Boasting 1.5% salicylic acid, an ingredient known for it's zit zapping properties, a little dab of this gel before bed is all you need to send your spots packing. Overnight those lousy suckers shrink away and you wake up to visibly clearer skin. A little dryness may occur, but it's a small price to pay to get your skin looking its very best.

I'm always skeptical of products that claim to treat acne so quickly. Time after time, I've picked up treatments only to be left with the spots I started with days later. But after a recommendation from a friend and the allure of a 15 dollar price tag, I pushed my skepticism away and decided to give this one a go. I'm glad I did because after seeing the difference in my own skin, I am singing another tune completely.

If you've got mild to moderate acne and are at your wits end trying to treat it, before you go the route of expensive kits and doctors, try a bottle of Origins Super Spot Remover. A couple of swipes of this on a Q-tip in the morning and again before bed should have those nasty buggers cleared up in record time. This is a definite must have in any woman's skincare arsenal!

Have you tried the Origins Super Spot Remover? What are your tried and true products to battle acne?

Stay gorgeous (and spot-free), peaches!

    1. It has definitely become a skin saver! I don't know what I'd do without it now because it zaps zits so much faster than other products. You should really give it a look. xx

    1. Yes! Definitely give it a go. The frequency of spots hasn't changed, but the amount of time I have them has. Don't know how I got by before! xx

    1. It's fantastic, so it's no wonder that you've heard loads of praise for it. I'm like you and have been let down by so many spot treatments, but this one is magic! xx

  4. This is my go-to spot treatment! I find it is quite drying so I tend to reach for it at night so it can work its goodness while I sleep. Also, I'm not really digging the scent BUT it does reduce the size of spots and helps them clear up faster, so I'm all for it! xx

    1. I can see why it's your go-to spot treatment! I'm loving using it. So far there hasn't been too much drying, but I try to use it as sparingly as possible. And, yeah, the scent is a little overpowering, but that makes me feel like it is truly potent, so I don't mind. xx

  5. I've tried this spot treatment, it's pretty drying so I try not to use it too much (although I finished up my bottle of it seemingly quick! hmmm...). I am interested in trying other Origin products after my good experience with this one :) Great review!

    1. The bottle is so tiny, isn't it? I'm glad it isn't horribly expensive as I can imagine needing to buy it fairly often. You'll have to let me know what Origins products you try. I'm wanting to really dig into the brand, too! xx

  6. I am always battling with acne (and my hands which just won´t stop going at my spots, nasty hands!) but I haven´t found a product that clears my spots fast enough so my hands don´t get in the way. This sounds like heaven to me. I need, need, need this in my life right now! Thank you for introducing me to this wonderful product.

    1. Yes! Definitely get this! I'm a lot like you in that I have to constantly remind myself not to pick at spots. This has helped cut down on that loads since it de-puffs most pimples overnight leaving me with nothing to really pick out. Let me know if you buy it and how it works for you! xx
